Newspaper nails!

I have had my nails done like a newspaper in some of my previous videos, and many of you have requested a tutorial! So here it is!

I promise you, it's VERY SIMPLE! No nail art tools needed, because obviously we're not professionals here. It's as simple as can be.

FUN FACT: I was totally wearing my pajamas while filming this video.

Also, I decided to post this highly requested nail tutorial instead of a Halloween look just because I realize that not everyone celebrates Halloween. This video at least all of you can enjoy rather then just the people that celebrate a holiday. I will be posting more Halloween looks soon though, just thought it'd be nice not to post 345678 Halloween looks all throughout october and nothing else. Hope you understand, and will be as considerate as I of others!

- Sally Hansen insta-dri nail polish in Whirlwind white #120
- free newspaper (AM NY) - i cut out the horoscopes, doesn't hurt to have words of wisdom on your nails! or some inspiration...
- 91% alcohol, purchased from CVS
- glass cup
- Essie clear top coat

Stigma associated with BANANAS, I mean....

Alright, so, who here has a piercing say I! I say "I"! 

Do you have a belly piercing, your ears pierced, nose, lip, tongue, down there?

Whatever it is, YAY you have a piercing. 

Back in the day, or even in some cultures now, people pierce their noses like woah, it's a form of their culture and their traditions, with bars going across the top of their nose. We may think it's gross, but for them it's part of their way of life.

Ear piercings - in the USA, or even Europe, MOST girls have their ears pierced. It's just something that isn't even given a second thought anymore. It's like hey I have a baby girl, we need to get her ears pierced. Even guys get ear piercings. Not when they're little, but as they get older they do, with their own will, not their parents. And I personally think that ear piercings on men are sooooo dayum sexy!

Belly piercings - make you look sexy.

And tongue rings - people think you eat a lot of bananas. For those of you old enough.... you know what I mean by that.

I don't know why certain piercings are associated with doing the dirty. Just because someone has some sort of piercing doesn't mean they do any of the things associated with it. People just like to assume. Anyways, so I made this video, for you all, addressing a topic. Since so many people seem to have issues with my doing me.

You shouldn't care what other people think because chances are, their thoughts aren't even their own. They're just following what someone else thinks. And the chain goes on.

Flying Delta :D

So as many of you already know, I'm going to Syracuse tomorrow morning for Columbus weekend. I'm visiting my friend because she goes to school there and considering this a much needed mini vacation.

Since the airlines have become money grubbers.... They now only allow a carry-on bag and one personal item (purse, laptop bag)... for free. If I wanted to take a whole suitcase i'd have to pay $25.... Why is the US trying to take all my money?!

Anyways... since i'm flying Delta.... my carry-on is allowed to be 40lbs.. which isn't as bad as some of the other airlines that only allow 15lbs.... now then i'd be paying the overweight fee because i know my bag would not be 15lbs. 

So... i don't know if you guys would like a video on what to pack in a carry-on... like what you're allowed to pack...

Whether or not tweezers, scissors, razors, liquids....etc are allowed.

Let me know if you want to see a video on what I packed! And if you do... i'll just film it the day I come back and go through my carry-on with you all!!

Jammies, messes, and halloween tutorial!

This morning, I woke up decided that i wanted to film a makeup tutorial for one of the seven deadly sins; envy. I wasn't even thinking about doing this for halloween to make a video for. I had two other halloween looks planned and this one just popped into my head. 

Anyways... so when I film makeup tutorials, my counter looks like this:

It's usually messier than this too. I took this picture after I already started cleaning. 

Anyways, back to my day. So when I film. there's always a zillion gajillion interruptions. Be it my mother on the phone, my dog barking at people, my sister needing to use the bathroom and the list goes on. But nope, today, although it was all of those things, there's a +1. Today, I had to take my sister to work,.. but no one told me. SO i had to drive my sister to work looking like Envy.... and i usually film in jammies on the bottom... so here's that loverly picture. It was also really cold in the morning which is why I threw on a fleece sweater. 

If only you guys could see my shoes. I was so matching today! Orange cheetah print socks, with neon pink vans. -_- so matchy i know!

Then when I FINALLY got back home with people staring at my makeup... I took a picture...

And you could see my tripod on the left.

Then I finally got around to editing with another zillion interruptions. Then uploading the video to my channel. And VOILA! Enjoy the video!

I like....

to take pictures in the bathroom while waiting for class to start.

I was glad that the toilets at school were just cleaned. As you could tell behind me in the mirror, the toilet seats were up. I don't ever sit on the toilet at school or any public place anyway, but it's just nice to know they're clean and there is no pee all over the place, ew!

While in class... I like to take pictures of things that catch my eye. So in front of me was a guy, and underneath his desk was his backpack thing.

It's BATMAN!

Even in college, you could wear whatever you like. and no one really cares. You could wear jammies to school or dress down with sweats and a tshirt. Or you could doll up, be fashion forward and wear makeup. It's personal preference. Me? Well, I ALWAYS wear makeup, but sometimes if I feel like it, I will wear sweatpants.

Today, wear whatever you want, do whatever you want to do as if no one is watching. Dance, sing, jump around looking crazy, whatever, who cares!! Just have fun :D

MOTD (Makeup of the day)

Wow, i'm getting really good at making up new things now. First instead of OOTD, I made up OOTS (outfits of the season). Now instead of "hey look at my makeup", I made up MOTD (makeup of the day)! YAY!

So anyways, this was me driving to work. I'm in LOVE with this makeup look.

Next time I should probably close my eyes and take a picture of that too. 

Oh and I was stuck in traffic which is why I was able to take a piccay. 

Anyways, so at work one of my co-workers was like "how do you get your lipstick to look so perfect?" and I was like "instead of using the lipstick from the tube, I use a lip brush!". 

Then, my other co-worker was like "wow I love your new hair color, and your makeup it's just so beautiful. it's like you could be one of the Charlie's Angels!" and I was like "aww thanks!"

haha so many people have been liking this makeup look a lot including me. And I think I might even do a tutorial on it!
