So eating healthy is actually very important. Like they say "you are what you eat".
I personally am NOT the healthiest eater, I eat a lot of junk food like candy and cookies! But I also drink a lot of green tea, chamoumille, or regular tea, and I also love water. Oh and salads, have also been one of my favorite things to eat!
I love fruits (my favorite is strawberries) and veggies (baby carrots and celery with ranch dressing).
So many people ask me how I stay fit and skinny. I don't really have an answer for that though because I don't exercise. All I can think of is that I eat a lot of fruits aand veggies because they're great snacks for when you get hungry! And salad is always like my choice of food, with chicken of course otherwise it probably wouldn't fill me up!
So to start you guys eating healthy, try making a salad for dinner! Something like this, that I just ate!
My salad consists of chicken breast, romaine lettuce AND spinach, grape tomatoes, baby carrots, and shredded american cheese. I later drizzled some ranch dressing on top! Not so much to the point where my salad would be swimming in dressing, but enough to coat everything lightly in my salad! AND it was soooo delicious!
